Directions:
1. When buying new appliances, what are ways you can conserve energy
A. unplug your refrigerator every day to save electricity.
B. buy a refrigerator that has an energy efficiency label on it and regularly clean your refrigerator.
C. buy a new refrigerator every year.
Directions:
- Go to the Sign UP Sheet List Box above and write you name next to one category of stuff you will research.
- Go to the Good Stuff Booklet here or in the Link Box above research your product: issues/problems/facts related to the environment and waste, success stories about how countries or people conserved energy or reduced waste with these products' design, laws, or programs in certain countries, and tips for how to conserve. .
- Then complete two Blog Writing Assignments:
- Write or Blog post #3 with a summary paragraph about your category of stuff’s key issues, facts, impact on the environment, success stories about conversation, and tips for how to conserve (reduce, recycle, reuse).
- Make a mini quiz for other students that has 3 questions about your Stuff. Each question should have 3 possible answers (A, B, C,). (We will have quizzes in class)
